This course aims to equip participants with essential skills to support college and career readiness. You'll identify key campus and community organizations, implement effective student intake interviews, and understand educational requirements and labor information for integrated career pathways. Additionally, you'll evaluate diverse career planning resources and plan Navigator activities with clear goals and partnerships. Enhance your advising expertise and make a meaningful impact on your students' futures.
