This two-part training is an overview of how to use LACES (the statewide data management information system, or MIS) for your student, class, and staff data.
Part 1 is an introduction to LACES and the NRS reporting. We will cover the necessity of tracking NRS required fields for student intake, waitlists, service tracking, navigation, class creation and duplication, enrollment, and accessing technical assistance and tutorials.
Part 2 picks up where Part 1 left off and reviews the prior day’s lessons. We will discuss creating staff records, assigning staff to classes, tracking attendance, exiting students, and tracking measurable skill gains and outcomes.
