Adult educators in MA have been using the BDSAE tools to increase disability inclusion in their programs, and have tips, strategies and promising practices to share with you. Join this session to learn how three adult education programs have approached this work, how they have adapted BDSAE tools and their approach over time, and the overall impact of this work. Panelists will discuss the Basic Accessibility Checklist (ADA‐Coordinator tool), Brief Disability Screening form, Common Accommodations List, and Preferred Accommodations Plan.
The session will support you in improving program accessibility and inclusion with practical tools and verified approaches from other adult education programs like your own.
