This course covers core advisor responsibilities and considerations for successful program design, including student caseload, advisor FTE, and persistence data. In this course, you will identify effective practices aligned with Indicator of Program Quality #7 and select resources for implementation. We will also utilize the career awareness and planning cycle to help students make informed decisions and pursue postsecondary education, training, and employment.
